Filipino food, made the way it was meant to be, hot, shared, on a table where no one sits alone. Aberdeen's home for sizzling sisig, crispy pata, and the Kultura tapas feast. It all started in 2002, when Romeo and Dolores began a small catering business in the Philippines. In 2009, Dolores moved to Scotland, hoping to grow the business and explore new opportunities in hospitality. From cooking for friends to catering community events, the demand grew, and in 2022 Dolores' Lutong Bahay was officially established. With the support of their four children, that dream became Kultura, a celebration of Filipino flavours and culture in the heart of Aberdeen.
